Our Macaron's are crafted by the ever talented Luis Flores aka 'The Mac Daddy'. Luis trained in Baking and Pastry Arts at the Art Institute where he holds his degree. Luis has perfected his skills through his work at the prestigious Bouchon Bakery in Las Vegas.
